Ms. Cynthia Ewusi is dynamic, has a very high sense of a professional approach to work, ability to evaluate performance, and motivates staff to be result-oriented. All these qualities have made her one of the seasoned Micro Insurance Managers in Ghana. For many years now, she has been the major driving force behind the phenomenal growth of the Company’s microinsurance business segment.
Ms. Cynthia Ewusi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management with Computing from Regent University College of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing her Master of Science (MSc) program at the Ghana Telecom University College.

As part of her continuous professional and career development, she has participated in several courses and seminars, both locally and abroad, which have enhanced her knowledge and capabilities in her current profession.
