Mr. Bernard Joe Appeah is the Chief Executive Officer of Pentax Management Consultancy Services Limited and Pentax Realty Limited in Ghana. He is an accomplished Development Management Consultant, Trainer, and Motivational Speaker with both Local and International work experience.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (1994) and an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Statistics (1987) both from the University of Ghana. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Investment Management (1990) from Turin, Italy, a Diploma in Adult Training and Facilitation Skills (1997) from Aarhus, Denmark, and a Post Experience Certificate in Project Management (1992) from the University of Bradford, England. He has attended and made presentations at several Local and International workshops.

His extensive career experience spans as far back as 1988 in the areas of Human Resource Management, Human Capital Development for Banks and Microfinance Institutions, Decentralisation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Corporate Governance, Investment Management, Institutional Review and Assessment, Business Process Reengineering among others.

He has worked and consulted for a vast number of organizations including but not limited to government institutions, international institutions, and private sector organizations in the banking, finance, agricultural, and insurance sectors.
