Overview
The apex body championing the private sector's voice in Ghana's tourism ecosystem.
Our Role in Tourism
The Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF) was established to serve as the unified voice and apex body for all private sector trade associations within Ghana’s tourism and hospitality industry.
Acting as a crucial bridge between the government and private enterprises, GHATOF facilitates dialogue, shapes policy, and drives initiatives that ensure sustainable growth. With over 30 member associations, we represent thousands of professionals—from tour operators and hoteliers to traditional caterers and event vendors.
Our commitment lies in elevating service standards, promoting Ghana as a premium destination globally, and ensuring that the economic benefits of tourism are equitably distributed across communities.
Why it Matters
By uniting the private sector, we create a powerful advocacy platform that helps shape the future of Ghana’s economy through sustainable travel and cultural preservation.
