Choose your payment plan

A place is secured once your first payment is received. Fees depend on the tour and number of days selected — GHATOF confirms your fee on follow-up.

Full Payment

Pay in full at registration. Booking confirmed immediately.

3-Instalment Plan

40% at registration · 40% six weeks before · 20% two weeks before.

Monthly Instalment Plan

Equal monthly payments. Minimum 25% opening payment. Book 3+ months ahead.

Adventure consent & declaration

Adventure & Active Tour only: a signed parental consent form is required before travel. Adventure activity cover is included in your Trust Point group cover.
